Senior-Friendly Fintech Asset Management App
A fintech asset management app designed to help seniors engage with financial services in a clear, friendly, and approachable way.
Background
Fintech services often present high cognitive and emotional barriers for older users due to complex terminology, dense interfaces, and abstract data representations. FinX explores how fintech can become more inclusive, especially for seniors who need clarity and trust rather than speed and complexity.
Concept
FinX reframes fintech from a “serious and intimidating tool” into a friendly financial companion. By combining characters, animations, and 3D assets, the service reduces psychological distance from finance and helps users feel comfortable navigating financial decisions step by step.
UX & Functionality
The UX focuses on senior-friendly flows with clear hierarchy, large readable elements, and guided progression. Animations and characters are used to explain financial concepts visually rather than text-heavy explanations.
Information is revealed gradually to reduce decision fatigue and cognitive load.
All interactions are designed to feel reassuring rather than transactional.
