We saw an opportunity to redefine how development teams are formed, operated, and sustained - as a subscription. Teams are dynamically composed from an internal talent pool of 5000+ based on project requirements.

Product Owner & Project Manager

  1. Re-architected the data foundation

 Led a large-scale database refactoring to replace a single master table with a scalable structure, aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations.

  2. Transitioned the business from agency to SaaS

 Designed a client-facing SaaS flow allowing customers to input requirements, receive automated team composition, cost, and schedule estimates, and connect directly to internal delivery systems.

  3. Built a contributor growth & retention system (PRIDE CARD)

 Introduced a structured peer-evaluation and growth framework to improve motivation, transparency, and long-term engagement for remote contributors.
